About us

For the study of personalities

The project

This project aims to provide you with a precise analysis of your personality, highlighting your strengths and areas for improvement, for a better understanding of yourself and enlightened personal development. It can also be used in corporate recruitment to quickly and effectively assess candidates.
The test is based on five fundamental psychological principles that define a person's personality, and is scientifically validated, guaranteeing reliability and credibility.

Scientifically recognized

The test

In psychology, the term "Big Five" refers to a personality model made up of five main traits. This model was proposed by American psychologist Lewis Goldberg in 1981 and developed by Costa and McCrae between 1987 and 1992. It is widely recognized as a benchmark in theoretical personality research, and has been used to create the psychological profiles of millions of people worldwide.
In-depth analyses have established links between the Big Five test measures and various aspects of behavior:

Professional performance

Conscientious performance is associated irrespective of the business sector and evaluation criteria.

Personality disorders

Each Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) category corresponds to a specific Big Five profile, often characterized by a high level of neuroticism and a low level of agreeableness.

The Big Five traits are not entirely independent of each other, making some assessments partially redundant when evaluating each category.
In the 2010s, the test associated with the Big Five was used for military, political and partisan purposes, notably by companies such as SCL Group through its subsidiaries Cambridge Analytica and Aggregate IQ.
Today, this test is widely used and recognized by many companies and industries around the world.
